Local Physicians: Our program, whether it is delivered via telemedicine or at the bedside, is designed to work collaboratively with local hospital physicians. Through board certified intensivist support, the program:

• facilitates the local physicians' care plans around the clock
• improves financial performance potential and productivity by substantially decreasing ICU call interruptions
• improves physician work-life balance as our intensivists are available to respond to calls from the ICU
• reassures physicians, even when they are not there, that their patients are being cared for by experienced critical care physicians with full access to their medical history and patient information, as well as the physicians' care plans
• provides intensivist support for new quality initiatives

Critical Care Nurses: Whether at the bedside or working remotely, our intensivists support local clinical teams, partnering together with local caregivers to provide the best possible care for patients in the ICU. Through our virtual program, the technology transmits patient data and information in real time, giving remote intensivists and nurses the information they need to assist and support the nurse at the bedside.

Advanced ICU Care's virtual ICU program supports hospital nurses by providing an extra set of eyes on each and every patient. It also offers:

• more time to provide direct care to patients and their families
• immediate intensivist availability, day and night, significantly reducing the need to page physicians and thus allowing nurses to focus on providing the best possible patient care
