Dr. Kenneth Bentley is currently a practicing intensivist in the ICU at SSM - St. Clare Health Center in Fenton, Missouri. Previously a practicing intensivist at SSM - St. Joseph Hospital of Kirkwood in St. Louis, Missouri, Dr. Bentley chaired the Special Care Unit Committee and participated on the Institutional Review Board at SSM - St. Joseph Hospital of Kirkwood, the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, and the Infectious Disease Committee. Under his leadership, patient ventilator time, particularly in the postoperative patient, was reduced. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine, and is a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the American Medical Association. |
Dr. Jeff Goldsmith is president of Health Futures, Inc., a firm specializing in corporate strategic planning and forecasting future health care trends. He is also an associate professor of medical education at the University of Virginia's School of Medicine. For 11 years ending in 1990, Goldsmith was a lecturer in the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago on health services management and policy. He has also lectured at the Harvard Business School, the Wharton School of Finance, Johns Hopkins, Washington University and the University of California at Berkeley.
