Advanced ICU Care names new CFO

Advanced ICU Care, St. Louis, a telemedicine services company specializing in intensive-care settings, has named Andrea Clegg chief financial officer.

Clegg previously served as corporate treasurer and vice president of finance for NightHawk Radiology, a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based teleradiology company that Eden Prairie, Minn.-based Virtual Radiologic acquired in September 2010. During her eight years at NightHawk, Clegg led four acquisitions worth a total of more than $150 million, according to an Advanced ICU Care news release.

Before joining NightHawk, Clegg was the vice president of finance and controller of the home-entertainment division of Twentieth Century Fox. Her age was unavailable at deadline.
