Advanced ICU Care taps Andrea Clegg as Chief Financial Officer

ST. LOUIS, MO (March 17, 2011) - Andrea Clegg has been named chief financial officer of Advanced ICU Care®, listed as one of the fastest growing companies in St. Louis by the St. Louis Business Journal. In her new role, Clegg will lead all aspects of financial management for the company.

With over 20 years of financial experience, Clegg most recently spent eight years as vice president of finance and corporate treasurer for NightHawk Radiology Services. She played a key role in negotiating and integrating four acquisitions for NightHawk totaling $151 million and was integral to the company's $116 million initial public offering.

Clegg holds a master's degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University and bachelor's degrees in economics and geography from the University of California-Santa Barbara.
