Advanced ICU Care adds to client services team for virtual ICU and bedside program

St. Louis, MO (February 2, 2010) - Today, Advanced ICU Care announced two new additions to their staff, Stephen Gebhart and Roberta Trost. Both join Advanced ICU Care at a time when the company is seeing remarkable growth and expansion opportunities. Advanced ICU Care is dedicated to delivering experienced critical care physicians (intensivists) through telemedicine and bedside care.

Gebhart, the new practice director, brings with him nine years of medical practice management experience, as well as four years of human resources knowledge. He most recently was the manager of the Planning and Business Development department for Barnes-Jewish Hospital. His role will include overseeing the bedside services provided by Advanced ICU Care and through their sister company, Critical Care Services. Trost will be joining the Advanced ICU Care team after 19 years at Right Management. As director of client services, she will be overseeing the management of all clients to insure the highest level of dedication and care is delivered to each client and patient.

Gebhart received his masters of business administration from Webster University in 2008. He also holds a masters of health administration and a bachelors of science-health information management from Saint Louis University. In addition to his employment at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, he also has experience from Missouri Baptist Medical Center; Metro Heart Group of Saint Louis, Inc.; and Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is a board certified medical practice executive in the American College of Medical Practice Executives.

Trost has a proven record of developing and sustaining relationships from her experience at Right Management, holding a number of positions during her time with the company. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in organizational leadership from Maryville University. She is an active participant with the Missouri Hospital Association and is a board member and director of membership for the Healthcare Business Women's Association.
